TAIT & Associates, Inc. <br />On -Call Water Resources Engineering Services <br />✓ 100% PS&E <br />Prior to each submittal, TAIT will conduct a full QA/QC review per our quality assurance protocols <br />described at the end of this section. Additionally, TAIT will plot, compile and deliver the noted number <br />and format of PS&E to the City for each submittal per the RFP requirements. <br />Deliverables: <br />✓ 60% Plans (4 Hard Copy Sets) <br />✓ 90% Plans (4 Hard Copy Sets) <br />✓ 100% Plans (4 Hard Copy Sets) <br />E Traffic Control Plans <br />Traffic Handling Concept Coordination with City <br />A traffic handling concept or approach for the project will be discussed with the City in conjunction <br />with the city's review of the 60% PS&E documents. The purpose of the traffic handling concept <br />coordination efforts will be to identify site issues/traffic circulation concerns that will form the basis <br />of understanding for final traffic control requirements based on a specific project segment. Based on <br />the discussion with the City, the project segments that require the preparation of a Traffic Control <br />Plans as part of the bid documents will be identified. The actual preparation of the project's Traffic <br />Control Plans will be provided as an Optional Task. <br />The Bid Set specifications, developed under Work Task G, and the traffic control/handling notes <br />reflected on the construction plans will be prepared to provide clear delineation of the City's <br />requirements for the contractor's implementation of traffic control requirements for project <br />segments where a project specific Traffic Control Plan has not been prepared. <br />Traffic Control Plans — OPTIONAL TASK <br />TAIT and TAIT's Subconsultant (TJW Engineering, Inc.) will prepare two-phase Traffic Control Plans <br />for the City designated project segments based on the results of the conceptual traffic handling <br />discussions with the City as an Optional Task. A cost per a typical single location based on a 2-phased <br />traffic control plan per project segment has been provided. <br />The City -requested Traffic Control Plans will then be prepared for submittal to the City at the 90% <br />and 100% stages. The Traffic Control Plans will be prepared based on city as -built street plans and <br />images obtain from aerial photographs and will be developed per the California Manual of Uniform <br />Traffic Control. <br />Deliverables: <br />✓ Traffic Handling Coordination meeting Notes at 60% Stage <br />✓ Traffic Control Plans at 90% Stage (Digital & Hard Copy), if requested by the City <br />✓ Traffic Control Plans at 100% Stage (Digital & Hard Copy), if requested by the City <br />+` TAIT 1F6E Page 1 16 <br />1 <br />
