In addition to his management duties, he <br />acts as the primary point of contact for several national retail and residential <br />developers. Mr. Vandervis is a licensed civil engineer with over 36 years of <br />experience with land development projects in the western United States. He <br />has been a member of the TAIT team for the past 25 years. His areas of <br />expertise include site design, grading design, water main design, drainage <br />studies, water pollution control plans, erosion & sediment control plans, as well <br />as street improvement plans. He is experienced in site design of all sizes for <br />commercial development, involved in preliminary design to develop cost <br />estimates & due diligence packages, as well as experienced in the entitlement <br />phase of projects.
