City of Santa Ana <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />Implementation <br />Due to the program- and project -level components of this SEIR, the MMRP has been divided into two <br />parts to address each component separately. The mitigation measures that pertain to <br />implementation of the MEMU Overlay District Expansion and their methods of implementation are <br />listed in Table 1. The mitigation measures, which include several mitigation measures from the <br />program -level component, that pertain to the Elan Development Project are listed in Table 2. Certain <br />inspections and reports may require preparation by qualified individuals, and these are specified as <br />needed. The timing and method of verification for each measure are also specified. <br />It should also be noted that where applicable, mitigation measures from the 2007 Final MEMU EIR <br />were carried forward into this SEIR, and, for some impacts, new mitigation measures were <br />developed (highlighted gray in the tables below).
