But OC Animal Care has the fewest <br />hours of kennel access of any large shelter in Southern California. This is bad for the animals AND bad for the <br />taxpayer, because slower adoptions mean higher costs. <br /> <br />Let your city know that OC Animal Care’s policies need to change. Your city, along with other OC cities, pays <br />the shelter’s bills. Don’t let the county bureaucracy waste your money by preventing adoptions. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />
