See Table 4 for a listing of recently built, under construction, or <br />approved housing or mixed-use projects in neighboring jurisdictions. This table also identifies built <br />affordable housing in neighboring jurisdictions. The prior property conditions of non-vacant sites that <br />were recently developed into new residential and mixed-use projects within the region signify a trend that <br />can be used for selecting other sites suitable for redevelopment in Santa Ana. These include a range of <br />building conditions and exi sting land uses. The sites previous uses consisted primarily of commercial, <br />industrial and/or residential uses.
