4fill LJOIR <br />ANCON <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RFP 24-028 CONFINED SPACE <br />RESCUE SERVICE & TRAINING <br />DCS DIVISION INTRODUCTION TO TEAF <br />Ancon's DCS Division is comprised of full -service safety professionals specializing in a <br />broad range of on -site professional safety services. <br />Headquartered in Signal Hill, our DCS professionals are only :10 minutes away from <br />activities in the City of Santa Ana - ready to perform any/all projects utilizing two (2) and <br />three (3) man team members consisting of a Supervisor, Specialist, and Project Manager <br />that will enhance the City's Scope of Work both onsite and remotely. <br />The DCS Division is comprised of thirty-five (35) Health & Safety professionals as follows: <br />Chief Compliance Officer (1) <br />General Manager (1) <br />Coordinator (1) <br />Rescue Leads (7) <br />Resccue Technicians (30) <br />All are cross -trained in multiple disciplines in order to cover all bases of any project and <br />retain bench strength from the Branch. <br />Rescue Technicians - DCS has a staff of over thirty (30) Rescue Techs that all <br />have: <br />All Hazard Technical Rescue (Low Angle / High Angle / IDLH Entry) <br />Permit -Required Confined Space Management <br />Rescue Planning <br />Support On -Site Safety Oversight <br />Qualifications/Certificates include: <br />➢ EMT, CPR/First Training <br />➢ 40-Hr State or Academy Certified Rescue Techs, Rescue Systems-1, Confined <br />➢ Operations <br />➢ HAZWOPER - First Responder Operations <br />➢ FF1 Certified - Over 2000 hours of Training and Education (Fire Academy Graduates) <br />➢ Ancon's Day One - Day Two Training (OSHA Compliance) <br />➢ Quarterly Training: Scenario Based Drills, Vertical and Horizontal Extrication <br />MA <br />R www.anconservices.com <br />
