ANCON <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RFP 24-028 CONFINED SPACE <br />RESCUE SERVICE & TRAINING <br />Commitment to Standards and Compliance <br />All materials and workmanship will adhere to the latest editions and revisions of the <br />following standards: <br />• National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) <br />• State Department of Industrial Safety (CALIOSHA) <br />• California Code of Regulations (CCR) <br />• Local, State, and Federal Building Codes <br />• City of Santa Ana Standards <br />ONGOING SUPPORT <br />Ancon Services is committed to providing continuous support to the City of Santa Ana to <br />ensure the safety and efficiency of all permit -required confined space (PROS) operations. Our <br />approach to ongoing support includes regular communication, scheduled maintenance, on - <br />call availability, and continuous improvement. <br />Regular Communication and Coordination <br />Frequent Updates: We will maintain regular communication with City staff to provide <br />updates on PRCS activities, equipment status, and any observed safety concerns. <br />Monthly Coordination Meetings: Ancon will participate in monthly meetings with the <br />City to review past operations, discuss upcoming projects, and address any issues or <br />improvements. <br />Real-time Reporting: Utilize digital platforms for real-time reporting and documentation <br />of confined space entries, inspections, and maintenance activities. <br />Scheduled Maintenance and Inspections <br />Quarterly Inspections: Conduct quarterly inspections of rescue equipment and air <br />quality monitors, ensuring all tools and devices are in optimal working condition. <br />Annual Equipment Certification: Perform annual certification of SCBA's, SKA-PAK's, <br />self -retracting lines, and other critical safety equipment. <br />Proactive Maintenance: Implement a proactive maintenance schedule to address <br />potential equipment failures before they occur, minimizing downtime and enhancing <br />safety. <br />On -Call Availability <br />Emergency Response: Our DCS team will be available Monday through Friday, 0700- <br />1700, to respond promptly to any emergency repair work or urgent PRCS support <br />requests from the City. <br />2417 Support Line: Provide a 2417 support line for after-hours emergencies, ensuring <br />that Ancon Services can be reached at any time for critical situations. <br />Rapid Deployment: Maintain a state of readiness to rapidly deploy rescue teams and <br />equipment to any confined space incident or emergency within the City. <br />4 R www.anconservices.com011 <br />
