Specifically, he has managed company air <br />quality management, waste management, medical surveillance, training, DOT, OSHA and <br />other governmental programs. <br />Mr. Couch pioneered the Diversified Compliance Solutions (DCS) business unit within the <br />Ancon Group of Companies, which generates approximately 5 million in annual revenues <br />while servicing industry with safety advisors, confined space rescue teams, attendant safety <br />watch/fire watch personnel, ROW clearing and pipeline inspectors. As an extension to his <br />Directorship duties, he's responsible for the ongoing management of daily operations and <br />the cost infrastructure pertaining to the DCS operations. Mr. Couch currently manages a <br />staff of compliance professionals within his department exceeding 13 personnel and a staff <br />of 25 within the DCS business unit. <br />Mr. Couch has performed multiple long-term projects respecting management of safety and <br />health. Such responsibilities included overseeing the safety and health of all personnel <br />engaged in company tasks, such as large-scale remediation activities, environmental/safety <br />mitigating efforts and hazardous material/waste handling projects. Moreover, Mr. Couch has <br />managed daily activities of project personnel, developed all necessary safety and health <br />plans, executed detailed work approaches and managed industrial service groups relating <br />to upstream, midstream, downstream petroleum facility, major capital projects, turnarounds <br />and outages. <br />
