Any hours worded after 8 worked hours will be charged at overtime rate.(M-F) <br />2. Any hours worked after 12 worked hours will be charged at double time rate. (M-F) <br />3. Pricing is portal to portal. <br />4. Ancon's payment terms are net 30 days from job completion. <br />5. City of Santa Ana will be responsible for providing Ancon with a PO prior to the start <br />of work. <br />6. Any delays not caused by Ancon or a change in the scope will be charged at T&M <br />rates. <br />7. Saturday will be charged at OT rate for the first 12 hours. DT rate for any hours after <br />12. <br />8. Sunday will be charged at OT rate for the first 8 hours. DT rate for any hours after <br />that. <br />9. 4-hour minimum charge <br />The above rates are all inclusive and include a comprehensive rescue assessment/ technical <br />rescue equipment, SCBA's, trauma kit, 4-gas meter, vehicle, fuel and communication by a two <br />or three -person crew. <br />The assigned crew will perform job site assessments alongside you and your team in order to <br />obtain a thorough understanding of the scope of work to be performed.
