carahsoft <br />March 10, 2015 <br />State of Utah Division of Purchasing <br />3150 State Office Building <br />Capitol Hill <br />Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 <br />Re: Carahsotts Response to the State of Utah's Request for Proposal for NASPO ValuePoint Master <br />Agreement for Cloud Solutions, Solicitation # CH16012. <br />Dear Mr. Hughes, <br />Carahsoft Technology Corp. appreciates the opportunity to respond to the State of Utah's Request for <br />Proposals/Q/Informafion for Project Description. <br />Carahsoft Technology Corporation understands that they may be required to negotiate <br />additional terms and conditions, including additional administrative fees, with Participating <br />Entities when executing a Participating Addendum. <br />When writing this response Carahsoft utilized the OEMs being proposed as a part of this <br />response to assist in preparing this response. Staff responsible for creating this proposal <br />include Robert R. Moore — Vice President, Jack Dixon — Contract Specialist, & David Holl — <br />Proposal Coordinator. <br />Carahsoft Technology Corporation is not currently suspended, debarred or otherwise excluded <br />from federal or state procurement and non -procurement programs. <br />Carahsoft Technology Corporation acknowledges that a 0.25% NASPO ValuePoint <br />Administrative Fee and any Participating Entity Administrative fee will apply to total sales for the <br />Master A reement s awarded from the RFP. <br />Carahsoft Technology Corporation is including an all -encompassing list of solutions in this <br />response which covers the SaaS, PaaS, & IaaS categories. Services completion/deployment <br />will vary based on manufacturer but will utilize either the manufacturers own integration policies <br />and procedures or a third party subcontractor specializing in servicing the manufacturers' <br />specific solution. <br />Carahsoft can provide varying levels of data risk support based on customer requirements, <br />manufacturer, and solution type.
