18. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: The Contractor shall provide a business continuity and disaster recovery plan upon request and ensure that the Purchasing Entity's recovery time objective (RTO) of XXX hours/days is met. (XXX hour/days shall be provided to Contractor by the Purchasing Entity.) Contractor must work with the Purchasing Entity to perform an annual Disaster Recovery test and take action to correct any issues detected during the test in a time frame mutually agreed between the Contractor and the Purchasing Entity. 19. Subscription Terms: Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor's documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement via amendment.
