These identifiers shall not allow <br />identification of the individual who is the subject of this data in that: <br />1) These identifiers will be encrypted using industry level encryption <br />techniques <br />2) The method of encryption shall not be divulged to the receiver of the <br />de -identified data <br />5. Complaint Process: Virtru has put into place a process for individuals to make <br />complaints about our Privacy Policies and Procedures and/or our compliance with <br />those Policies and Procedures. <br />6. Documentation: Virtru must maintain written or electronic copies of all policies <br />and procedures, communications, actions, activities or designations as are required <br />to be documented under this manual for a period of six (6) years from the later of the <br />date of creation or the last effective date. <br />F. Enforcement <br />An employee found to have violated this policy shall be subject to disciplinary action, up <br />to and including termination of employment.
