Mobile devices <br />Mobile devices (laptops, netbook, tablets, Whones, Wads, etc.) must have the <br />appropriate encryption. Devices must have a power -on password or PIN, data <br />encryption, auto -lock and role -based access per user. See BYOD Policy (Forms for <br />Employees). <br />D. Video monitoring <br />Virtru's main office is monitored by a video camera. The data is stored in the Network <br />Attached Storage which is physically secured in a locked cage in the IT closet. This data <br />is stored for up to one (1) month. <br />E. Alarm system <br />Virtru's main office is monitored by an alarm system. It is attached to all doors and <br />windows, and requires a 4-digit pin plus a modifier to deactivate. Once triggered, there <br />is a 45-second delay before the local authorities, ISO and CEO are notified by the <br />monitoring company. ADT is the company that is responsible for monitoring Virtru's <br />main office. <br />The alarm pin code is changed quarterly, or at the time that an employee is fired or <br />leaves the Company. <br />Virtru requires that this alarm be set by the last person to exit the office, and should be <br />active anytime there is not an authorized employee on the premises. <br />F. Fire protection <br />Fire protection meet all regulations, including federal, state and local. Fire <br />extinguishers shall be deployed in accordance with regulations of OSHA and fire <br />inspectors. Periodic testing of alarms, fire extinguishers and fire evacuation procedures <br />shall be conducted. <br />XXVII. Software <br />A.
