EVACUATION PLAN - Tornado! <br />If the city or county signal a tornado warning, move away from the perimeter of the <br />building and any exterior glass. <br />DO NOT USE ANY ELEVATORS DURING AN EMERGENCY EVACUATION. <br />1. Move to the basement of the office suite. <br />2. Shutdown systems, if time permits, see Emergency Shutdown Procedures <br />3. Perform head count at the designated assembly point <br />O If anyone is missing, call their emergency contacts to determine if the <br />missing individual has made contact with them. If they have not, alert <br />the authorities. <br />4. Action Plan - developed by EPCMT <br />O Re -open based on damage <br />O If the office must remain closed: <br />■ Notify employees and/or employees emergency contacts. <br />■ If there is any impact to customer operations, email all <br />clients with a status update and recovery plan. <br />NOTE. First Aid kit located in the drawer of the white cabinet located to the <br />right of the spiral staircase. <br />
