EVACUATION PLAN - after business hours <br />If the building is in a disastrous state after working hours, the EPCMT will notify <br />employees. See Virtru Phone Tree. <br />If re -opening on a workday at the primary location: <br />1. Verify location is safe for operations - including systems <br />2. Communications <br />a. Emergency Contact List <br />b. Client Blast <br />If NOT re -opening on the following workday at the primary location: <br />1. The EPCMT must decide estimated length of time we will not be able <br />to function <br />a. If less than or equal to one day, office is closed. <br />i. [Name of Business] will open the following work day <br />ii. Verify location is safe for operations <br />iii. Communications <br />1. Emergency Contact List <br />2. Client Blast <br />2. If office needs to move to secondary location or close for a short period <br />of time. <br />a. The EPCMT meets to develop a plan of action <br />b. Determine the validity of systems <br />i. If valid, move critical systems to secondary location <br />ii. If not valid, retrieve necessary items and contact suppliers <br />for new systems <br />1. Restore systems from backups <br />2. Restore connectivity <br />a. Skeleton crew of selected staff members <br />(possibly several from each department) <br />22 <br />
