Minority Women, And Other Business Enterprise Outreach Program <br />It is the policy of the CITY to provide minority business enterprises (MBEs), <br />women business enterprises (WBEs) and all other business enterprises an equal <br />opportunity to participate in the performance of all SUB -RECIPIENT contracts, <br />including procurement, construction and personal services.
