CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />PROJECT NO.: 25-6030 <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT SEGERSTROM AVENUE AND ROSEWOOD <br />AVENUE <br />Contractor — The person or persons, co -partnership or corporation, private or municipal, who <br />have entered into contract for this work as parties or party of the second part of his or her legal <br />representatives. <br />Department — City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency. <br />Due Notice — A written notification, given in due time, of a proposed action where such <br />notification is required by the contract to be given a specified interval of time (usually 48 hours or <br />two working days) prior to the commencement of the contemplated action.
