Exhibit A <br />Santa Ana <br />9a.Ee aaG RKfLh/'J4 <br />Program overview: <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Agency <br />2025 Customized Annual Partnership: SCAN Health Plan <br />The SCAN Health Plan (SCAN) will be providing an $11,500 financial contribution to the City of <br />Santa Ana's Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Agency (PRCSA) as an annual partner <br />to participate in planning efforts for four city-wide events and supporting senior services. In <br />exchange, PRCSA will provide marketing recognition and designated exhibitor space.
