ATTACHMENT 3 <br />Site and Environmental Criteria Alternative Sites <br />All of the alternative sites, comprised of alternative and up -zoned sites, that have been identified <br />on the alternative sites lists meet the criteria described in subdivisions (b) through (f) of Section <br />65912.111(100 Percent Affordable), or meet the criteria described in subdivisions (b) through (f) <br />of Section 65912.121 (Mixed -Income). <br />All of the sites are within the City of Santa Ana boundary, which is an incorporated city and <br />designated as an urbanized area by the United States Census Bureau. Moreover, all of the <br />alternative sites adjoin parcels that are urban uses since the entirety of the City of Santa Ana is <br />designated as an urbanized area by the United States Census Bureau. The Alternative Sites Maps <br />depict that none of the alternative sites adjoin industrial uses, as defined in AB 2011. The <br />environmental criteria maps on the following pages also demonstrate that the sites satisfy the <br />requirements specified in subparagraphs (B) to (K), inclusive, of paragraph (6) of subdivision (a) <br />of Section 65913.4. Lastly, none of the alternative sites are parcels that are governed under the <br />Mobilehome Residency Law, the Recreational Vehicle Park Occupancy Law, the Mobilehome <br />Parks Act, or the Special Occupancy Parks Act. <br />Ordinance No. NS-3075 <br />
