Section 7. Audio, Video and Photographic Recording. <br /> (a) As set forth in the Brown Act, any person attending an open session of a City <br /> Council Meeting shall have the right to record the proceedings with an audio or <br /> video recorder or camera unless the City Council by majority vote determines that <br /> the recording cannot continue without noise, illumination or obstruction of view that <br /> constitutes or would constitute, a persistent disruption to the meeting. <br /> (b) No person shall obstruct the aisles, entrances or exits of the Council <br /> Chambers. <br /> Section 8. The provisions of Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7 of this resolution shall apply to <br /> meetings of committees of the City Council, as may be modified from time to time by such <br /> committees. <br /> Section 9. This Resolution shall supersede Resolution No. 2023-047 and shall take <br /> effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council.
