Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $897,000 of prior -year fund balance in the Select Street Construction, Prior Year Carryforward revenue account (No. 05917002-50001) and appropriate the same amount into the Select Street Construction, Improvements Other Than Buildings expenditure account (No. 05917660-66220). (Requires five affirmative votes) 2. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program to add funds in the amount of $897,000 to Project No. 25-6425, Croddy Way Street Improvements Project (Project No. 25-6425). 3.
