FIRSTCARBON Proposal SOLUTIONS FCS INTERNATIONAL.INC. Tasks Outside the Scope of Work The following are tasks FCS has identified as falling outside its Scope of Work for the proposed project. Newspaper Noticing/Local Noticing FCS assumes that City staff will prepare the Notice of Availability for the IS/MND and the Notice of Public Hearing for the public meeting(s) at which the IS/MND will be considered for certification.These notices are typically published as a legal advertisement in a local newspaper or mailed directly to surrounding property owners and interested parties. SCHEDULE FCS has prepared the following schedule outlining the anticipated timing of each task for an IS/MND.
