<br />Exhibit B – Flow-Down Provisions <br />Cooperative Agreement No. C-4-2053 <br />Insurance Type Requirements Limits <br />release, the Indemnitees identified in section <br />14 from any and all claims, losses and <br />damages caused by fire or other perils <br />covered by the Builders Risk “Special Form <br />Cause of Loss” insurance. There shall be no <br />deductible or self-insured retention exceeding <br />$10,000.00 per loss, other than earthquake or <br />flood which may have deductible or self- <br />insured retentions not exceeding $50,000.00. <br />The policy may have sublimits not less than <br />the following: Earthquake $5,000,000.00 <br />Flood $1,000,000.00 <br />Pollution <br />Liability <br />Coverage shall provide for <br />liability arising out of sudden, $1,000,000 per claim and in the aggregate. <br />The policy limit shall be no less than <br />accidental, and gradual All activities contemplated in this MOU shall <br />pollution, and remediation.
