Development Plan – sets forth the rationale and <br />conceptual framework underlying the Plan’s physical <br />form, land use program, development standards and <br />design guidelines, and infrastructure improvements. <br />6. Planning Standards and Design Guidelines – sets forth <br />development and design concepts and translates <br />them into standards and guidelines guiding the <br />development of streets, yards, open space, grading, <br />siting, landscaping, buildings, and other physical <br />features. <br />7.
