ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ADDENDUM Bristol Street Widening Project Warner Ave to Saint Andrew Place (Phase IV) TABLE 7 CO HOTSPOT ANALYSIS (PPM) As discussed previously, the proposed project would not result in air pollutant concentrations that exceed the SCAQMD's Localized Significance Thresholds for construction activities. In addition, the operations phase of the project would not result in CO hotspots. As such, the constriction and operations phases of the project would not result in significant impacts to air quality which would expose sensitive receptors to substantial air pollutant concentrations. Mitigation Measures No additional new mitigation measures are required. e) Create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number of people? Construction activities associated with the proposed Project may generate detectable odors from heavy- duty construction equipment and exhaust. Odors associated with diesel and gasoline fumes are transitory in nature and would not create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number of people. The impacts from these odors would be short -tern, would cease upon project completion and are not anticipated to be significant. Implementation of the proposed Project would not result in greater impacts than previously analyzed in the 1990 Final EIS /EIR. Mitigation Measures No additional new mitigation measures are required.
