ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTADDENDUM <br />Bristol Street Widening Project Warner Ave to Saint Andrew Place (Phase 1V) <br />(b) Substantially deplete groundwater supplies or interfere substantially with groundwater <br />recharge such that there would be a net deficit in aquifer volume or a lowering of the local <br />groundwater table level (e.g., the production rate of pre-existing nearby wells would drop to a <br />level that would not support existing land uses or planned uses for which permits have been <br />granted)? <br />The project site is already developed and is not a groundwater recharging area. The proposed Bristol Street <br />Widening Phase IV project would not result in increased water consumption and would not deplete <br />groundwater supplies. No impact to groundwater supplies would result from the proposed project. No <br />mitigation measures are necessary. Impacts would be similar to those identified in the 1990 Final EIS/EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />(c) Substantially alter the existing drainage pattern of the site or area, including through the <br />alteration of the course of a stream or river, in a manner that would result in substantial <br />erosion or siltation on- or off -site? <br />The project site is already developed and the existing drainage pattern would not be changed due to the <br />implementation of Bristol Street Widening Phase IV project. The storm drain improvements would be <br />limited to relocation and/or construction of catch basins as necessary. Therefore, implementation of the <br />proposed project would not result in a substantial erosion or siltation on- or offsite due to drainage alteration. <br />No mitigation measures are necessary. Impacts would be similar to those identified in the 1990 Final <br />EISIEIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />(d) Substantially alter the existing drainage pattern of the site or area, including through the <br />alteration of the course of a stream or river, or substantially increase the rate or amount of <br />surface runoff in a manner that would result in flooding on- or off -site? <br />The project site is already developed and the existing drainage pattern would not be changed due to the <br />Bristol Street Widening Phase IV. The storm drain improvements would be limited to construction of <br />properly designed curb and gutter as necessary. The proposed project would not result in substantial <br />reduction in impervious ground surfaces. The proposed project would not increase the rate or amount of <br />surface runoff to create on- or offsite flooding. Impacts would not be greater than previously analyzed in the <br />1990 Final EISIEIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />(e) Create or contribute runoff water which would exceed the capacity of existing or <br />planned storm water drainage systems or provide substantial additional sources of polluted <br />runoff? <br />The project site is already developed and the existing drainage pattern would not be changed due to the <br />Bristol Street Widening Phase IV project. The storm drain improvements would be limited to construction of <br />catch basins as necessary. The proposed project would not result in substantial increase in impervious <br />ground surfaces. The proposed project would not increase the rate or amount of surface runoff to create on - <br />or offsite flooding.
