P~ESOLUTION 69-4 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM THE COUNTY <br />OF ORANGE FOR A FEDERAL BUILDING SITE IN THE <br />CIVIC CENTER AREA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF ORANGE has executed a deed dated <br />December 26, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana certain real <br />property located between Fourth and Fifth Streets and Parton and <br />Garnsey Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantor; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOP~E, BE IT P~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
