On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and <br />carried, the sales tax permits of Kohlenberger Radio Sales and Service <br /> <br />ll5 E. 2nd Street; Martin and Wise, 318 W. 4th Street and Cine Yost, <br /> were ordered revoked <br />307 Spurgeon Street~/on the condition the accounts were not paid in <br /> <br />the office of the Finance Department at 5:00 P.M. January 3rd, 195~. <br />On recommendation of the Acting Director of Public Works and on motion <br />of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the Resolutions <br />Accepting Deeds from Donald B. Christeson for street purposes and a <br />public alley on Bristol Street north of Santa Clara Avenue were held <br />over until the next meeting. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, <br />on motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 55-~ accepting Grant Deed of <br /> property for street purposes" <br /> <br />from Paul J. and Helen M. Markey, was considered and passed by the <br /> <br />William Jerome, Thomas F. Larsen, <br />Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R.
