Hardcastle, Bessie H? <br />Stovall, Bessie M. Foster and Ruth D[ Wetherbee,~ who served as El~.ctio~ <br />Officers on Consolidated Precinct No 2. The ~lection Officer's pro- <br />ceeded to tally the votes cast in Consolidated Precinct No. 2 for or <br /> <br />a~ainst the Library Bond proposition on the Special Bond Election. <br />At the completion of their Tally the Council accepted the same, then <br />completed its canvass.
