<br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Heinly and carried, Map of
<br />Tract No. 2460, submitted by Harmlr Construction Inc., Janbo Construct-
<br />ion Inc., Helbruce Construction Inc., et al, and bond in the sum of
<br />$25,600.00 were approved for the dedication of Shelton Street, Central
<br />Avenue and portions of Delhi Road, also the dedication of ali access
<br />rights to Delhi Road, and agreement covering improvements was ordered
<br />signed.

<br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, Record
<br />of Survey Map, submitted by Lloyd D. Baer, covering one lot on the west
<br />side of Westwood Avenue approximately 61' southerly and parallel to
<br />
<br />Lot 10, Tract No. 1558, was approved.

<br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dah] and carried, the
<br />Mayor was authorized to execute letter of renewal, dated April 28th,
<br />1955, on Contract N 123s-456~3, for continued service on sewage dis-
<br />posal for the Lighter-Than-Air Base, beginning July 1st, 1955.

<br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, proper
<br />official was authorized to execute agreement dated May 7th, 1955, for
<br />temporary transfer of Civil Defense vehicular equipment.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Dahl and carried, proper
<br />officials were authorized to execute lease with the Department of
<br />Education, dated April 12th, 1955, for rental of certain rooms at 1104
<br />W. 8th St., beginning May 1st, 1955 and ending October 51st, 1957, at
<br />a total rental of $2,073.60.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilman Dabl, seconded by Helnly and carried, the
<br />communication from Diehl and Com?any submitting statement of condition
<br />of City funds for the period July 1,.195~ to December 3lst, 1954, Was
<br />received and filed.
