<br />of ground on the w~st side of Bristol Street between 21st Street and Santa Clara
<br />Avenue for the develo?~ut of a park, and on ~otion of Councilman D-h1, seconded by
<br />Heinly and carried, the c~ication was received and filed. On motion of Council.
<br />man Dahl, seconded by Markel and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advise Mt.Buys
<br />that the property lies directly across the street from the property where the City
<br />wished to establish a park but due to the protests of the neighbors, the City
<br />abandoned the plan and for that reason the Council is not interested.

<br />Cummunication was read from the Department of Public Works advising that improve-
<br />merits within Tract No. 2070 have been completed and on motion of Councilman Jerome,
<br />seconded by Dahl and carried, bond filed by Orange County Develo?.-ut Company, in the
<br />stun of $38,000.00, was ordered released and improvements accepted as completed.
