AMENDED BY: ORDIRESO <br /> <br /> , ~/~ ~ ~., . , <br /> ~SOLUT~O~ NO. 85-27 <br /> , <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~g CITY O~ <br />ESTABLISHING THE EXEMPT MANAGEMENT CLASS OF MANAGEMENT ~. ~o~-~/~ <br />INTERN IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> 1. That a new exempt class of temporary MANAGEMENT INTERN is hereby <br />established in the Office of the City Manager as a special category of <br />employment separate and distinct from other categories of employment in the City <br />as established under the City's Basic Compensation and Pay Plan. <br /> <br /> 2. That the salary for said exempt class of temporary Management Intern is <br />hereby fixed and established at the special hourly rate range of $5.25 - $6.00 - <br />$6.75 - $7.45 - $8.00. <br /> <br /> 3. That said salary rates shall be paid in the same manner and at the same <br />time as other salaries in the City are paid. <br /> <br /> 4. That incumbents of said exempt class will be temporary employees of the <br />City and, as such, shall not be eligible to receive any employee benefits as are <br />now or may be granted employees of other categories of employment in the City <br />with the exception of coverage under the City's workers' compensation insurance <br />programs. <br /> <br />5. That this Resolution shall be operative from and after February 4, 1985. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 4th day of <br /> <br />February , 1985. <br /> <br />Daniel E.
