335 <br /> <br />Recreation and Commnnity Services Agency <br /> <br /> · Park, Landscape Design Manager <br /> <br />Community Development Agency <br /> <br /> · Real Estate Division, Redevelopment and Real Estate Manager <br /> <br />2.2 <br /> <br />GENERAL PROCEDURES <br /> <br />The Environmental Coordinator, or designated assignee, will, primarily through plan checks and field <br />inspections, supervise the design and construction of the project, and will be responsible for the <br />overall management of the MMP. For mitigation requiring ongoing verification, the applicant shall <br />contract with a consultant to help perform the monitoring. Assignments of responsibility shall be <br />established prior to approval of this mitigation monitoring plan by the City Council and are included <br />in Attachment A. <br /> <br />The above-noted designated "monitors" shall oversee elements of the MMP and review compliance <br />throagh the use of compliance verification forms to be developed by the City and supported by a <br />mitigation monitoring consultant. A sample of a "Compliance Verification" form is provided in <br />Attachment B. Designated monitors shall ensure compliance verification forms are filled out correctly <br />and proper action is being taken on each measure. Designated monitors will also be responsible for <br />filing and updating the verification forms during all phases of the project. During the design and <br />construction phases, the designated monitors from the Planning and Building Agency will determine <br />the need for a measure to be modified and ensure the use of a mitigation specialist if technical <br />expertise beyond the monitor's ability is required. If it is found that an adopted mitigation measure <br />is not being properly implemented, the designated monitors shall require corrective actions to ensure <br />adequate implementation. <br /> <br />0 <br />0 <br /> <br />/B3/S:II3400OI.MM 2-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
