PLUMBING CODE Any person desiring a permit required by the Plumbing Code shall, at the time of filing an application therefore, pay a fee equal to $17.00 plus the sum of the fees for the work to be done under the permit as set forth in the following schedule. There is no minimum fee for the issuance of a permit for single family residences and duplexes. The minimum total fee for issuance of a permit for all other uses shall be forty dollars ($40.00). (~OTE~ A Plumbing Code permit fee is separate from and additional to the fee for any other permit which may be required by code provisions other than the Plumbing Code.) FEE SCHEDULE 1) For each plumbing fixture or trap or set of fixtures on one trap (including water, drainage piping, and backflow protection therefore) $6.00 2) For each dental unit $12.00 3) Medical gas piping system per 100' $12.00 4) For each building sewer $18.00 (a) Each additional connection $6.00 (b) Each additional 100 feet or fraction thereof $6.00 (c) Sewer/alteration/repair . $12.00 5) For each private sewage disposal system $37.00 6) For each cesspool (where permitted) $18.00 7) 8) For each sewer cap For each fixture cap $51.00 $3.00 9) For each new gas piping system (one to four outlets) $12.00 10) For each gas outlet of five or more $2.00 11) For the repair/replacement of a gas piping system (one to four outlets) $12.00 Page 58
