RESOLUTION NO. 96-099 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN WITH REGARD <br />TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON BOTH SIDES OF <br />HATHAWAY STREET BETWEEN FIRST AND FOURTH <br />STREETS (GPA 96-6A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, <br />after noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General <br />Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing <br />on said General Plan amendment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA that the "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of <br />the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to <br />redesignate that area of the City shown on Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein, from the "General Business <br />District" category to the "Industrial" category. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 18th <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />November , 1996. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Pulido Aye <br />Richardson Aye <br />Espinoza Aye <br />Lutz Aye <br />McGuigan Ave <br />Mills Absent <br />Moreno Ave <br /> <br />torney <br /> <br /> <br />
