RESOLUTION 96-100 449 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The city council hereby certifies that the E.I.R. has been <br />completed in compliance with the California Environmental <br />Quality Act, and that the E.I.R. has been presented to the City <br />Council, and that the City Council has reviewed and considered the <br />information contained in the E.I.R. prior to approving the Project. <br /> <br /> 2. The findings and statements set forth in that certain "CEQA <br />Statement of Findings of Fact, Midtown District Specific Plan, <br />Program Environmental Impact Report No. 94-1," set forth in Exhibit <br />A, attached hereto, that certain Statement of Overriding Consider- <br />ations, Midtown District Specific Plan, City of Santa Ana," set <br />forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto, and that certain "Mitigation <br />Monitoring Program, Environmental Impact Report No. 94-1," set <br />forth in Exhibit C, attached hereto, are incorporated herein by <br />reference as though fully set forth.
