Ensure that all construction and general maintenance activities, except in an <br /> emergency, be limited to the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through <br /> Saturday. All habitable residential exterior space (porches, patios, play yards, etc.) shall not be <br /> located directly adjacent to Broadway, Main Street, and Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br /> Furore residences shall be provided with air conditioning and dual-glazed windows. <br /> City Planning and Building Agency <br /> Throughout Specific Plan implementation <br /> <br /> Review of proposals along Broadway, Main and <br /> Seventeenth to ensure compliance <br /> <br />- Monitoring Agency: City Planning and Building Agency <br /> <br />Additional noise analyses shall be conducted for those parking structures that neighbor <br />residential areas.
