041 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-011 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN WITH REGARD <br />TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2730 MAINPLACE <br />DRIVE (GPA 96-9) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, <br />after noticed public hearing, considered an amendment to the <br />General Plan of the city of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing <br />on said General Plan amendment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA that the "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of <br />the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to <br /> <br />redesignate that area of the City shown on Exhibits 1 and 2, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, from the "District <br />Center" category to the "Open Space" category. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 18th day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />February . <br /> , 1997 <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Pulido Aye <br />Richardson Absent <br />Espinoza Nay <br />Franklin Aye <br />Lutz Aye <br />McGuigan Aye <br />Moreno Nay <br /> <br /> <br />
