RESOLUTION NO. 97-020 <br /> <br />C. That the granting of a variance will not be materially <br />detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to surrounding <br />property in that the project has provided for additional <br />landscaping in other areas of the site where the geometric <br />configuration of the lot allows, and parking has been relocat- <br />ed to an off-site public facility without any detrimental <br />impacts to the public. <br /> <br />D. That the granting of a variance will not adversely affect <br />the General Plan of the City in that the project is a permit- <br />ted use under the Professional and Administrative Office <br />General Plan designation for this area and advances the <br />implementation of the goals in the General Plan. <br /> <br /> 2. Subject to the conditions set forth below, Variance No. <br />97-03 is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3. The approval of Variance No. 97-03 is subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />Ail proposed site improvements <br />Site Plan Review No. DP 96-27, <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />shall conform with <br />unless amended by <br /> <br />b.
