184 RESOLUTION 97-027 <br /> <br />Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and <br />conditions specified in the chapter of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code for such use? <br /> <br />Upon approval of the requested discretionary actions, the <br />project will be in compliance with all regulations and <br />exceed parking as required by code. <br /> <br />Ze <br /> <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan <br />of the City? <br /> <br />The proposed project and affiliated discretionary actions <br />are in compliance with the General Business District land <br />use designation of the General Plan. <br /> <br /> 2. Conditional Use Permit No. 97-11 is hereby approved <br />subject to the conditions set forth as follows: <br /> <br />A. Planninq Division <br /> <br />The hours of operation are limited to 5:00 a.m. and <br />1:30 a.m. <br /> <br />When site remediation work is completed, the area <br />for this activity must be reverted to a landscaped <br />area of a minimum dimension of eight and one half <br />feet in width by 18 feet in length. The remaining <br />portion may be used for parking, provided that it <br />meets the dimensions of a standard parking stall <br />per City codes. <br /> <br />B. Public Works Aqency <br /> <br />Improve Bristol Street per approved improvement <br />plan, as follows: <br /> <br />a) Close the existing southerly drive approach <br /> with a new eight foot full width sidewalk, <br /> curb, and gutter. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Reconstruct the damaged sidewalk adjacent to <br />the southerly existing drive approach in <br />conjunction with a new sidewalk for the drive <br />approach closure. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Reconstruct the existing wheelchair ramp per <br />City Standard #1122A at the corner of Bristol <br />Street and MacArthur Boulevard. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Remove the planter-curb ad the monument sign <br />from the 25' x 25' corner cut-off dedicated <br />area. <br /> <br /> <br />
