3O5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-041 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF FOUR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS TO THE ORANGE COUNTY <br />TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR FUNDING UNDER THE BUS <br />STOP ACCESSIBILITY PROGRAM. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF S/LNTA ANA HEREBY RESOLVES, <br />DETERMINES, AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS THAT: <br /> <br /> (a) WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha desires to implement the bus stop <br />accessibility improvement projects listed below; and <br /> <br /> (b) WHEREAS, the Orange County Transportation Authority intends to <br />allocate funds for stop accessibility improvement projects within the <br />incorporated cities and the county. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha hereby requests the Orange County Transportation Authority <br />allocate funds in the amounts specified in the City's application to the <br />said City from the Bus Stop Accessibility Program.
