<br />r- <br /> <br />,- <br />, <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />125 <br /> <br />GAS: 4/28/98 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-019 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM <br />INDUSTRIAL (IND) TO PROFESSIONAL AND <br />ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (PAO) WITH REGARD <br />TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2040 EAST DYER <br />ROAD AND 3030 SOUTH REDHILL (GPA 98-01) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, <br />after noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General <br />Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing <br />on said General plan amendment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
