389 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-071 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM <br />INDUSTRIAL (IND) TO PROFESSIONAL AND <br />ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (PAO) WITH REGARD <br />TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3401, 3501 AND <br />3503 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD (GPA 98-04) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha, <br />after noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General <br />Plan of the City of Santa Aha as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing <br />on said General Plan amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the <br />General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to <br />redesignate that area of the City shown on Exhibit 1, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein, from "Industrial" (IND) to <br />"Professional and Administrative Office" (PAO) in the City's <br />General Plan. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 5th day of Octoh~r , 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mi~3~l A.
