123 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-030 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING <br />A UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF FEES AND <br />REPEALING RESOLUTION NUMBER 98-017 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aaa performs special <br />services for the benefit of a limited number of persons to whom <br />such services are of value; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of rendering such services should be <br />borne by that limited group who are the beneficiaries rather than <br />the citizenry at large; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion also that the <br />charges established for such services should equate to the direct <br />cost thereof to the City of Santa Aha; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:: That the following <br />fees and charges are hereby fixed and established, to be effective <br />from and after the first day of July, 1999: <br /> <br /> <br />
