203 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-032 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~NA <br />REVISING THE WATER RATES OF THE CITY OF SA_NTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha is <br />authorized to establish the rates charged for water consumption by <br />section 31-21 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Effective July 1, 1999, the metered water base rate shall <br />be $1.039 per 100 cubic feet, and the metered water tail block rate <br />shall be $1.317 per 100 cubic feet. <br /> <br /> 2. Prior to July 1, 1999, the water rates set by Resolutions <br />Nos. 96-036 and 92-043 of this Council shall remain in effect. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 21st day of June <br /> <br />, 1999. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />~_/~nice C.
