There being no further <br />testimony~ the hearing was closed. . <br /> <br />It was moved by' C~Uncilmau RubBar~, Seconded bY COUncilman Schlueter that <br />the Council ~e~le the a~ti0n of the Zoning 'Administrator and imstruct <br />the City'Attorney to prepare a resolution granting, Subject to applicable <br />cO~itio~, variance 1~2, With the exception that there shall be deleted <br />Item 2 (a) "that a ~5 f00beasement be provided from cen~er line tO p~oper~Y <br />line on Bristol'.' Avalon, Phoemix, Arizema, owner of preperty at 1662-6~ <br />E. ~th Street, stated that the land could still be used profitably as residential, <br />~ detailed the detrimental effect a service static~ woul~l have om the <br />surrounding area. Claude M. Hunter, 165~ E. ~th, also spoke in opposition <br />noting there are two vacant service statics in area. Mr. Cro-a~ spoke briefly <br />in rebuttal. The Clerk.distributed photographs of the area to the Council, <br />prepared by the pla-~ing Department.
