Under Special Counsel's Temp- To-Hire Program, the standard permanent placement fee is adjusted according to time worked on a temporary basis by the attorney during the preceding 12 months, in the following increments (Release Fee): Hours Worked 2000 or more 1500 - 1999 1000 - 1499 500 - 999 1 - 499 Fee Acijustment - Fee Waived - 75% Reduction 50% Reduction 25% Reduction Standard Fee Applies Paraleeals Standard direct-hire placement fee for a paralegal is 20% of the paralegal's annual salary. Under Special Counsel's Temp- To-Hire Program, the standard permanent placement fee is adjusted according to time worked on a temporary basis by the paralegal during the preceding 12 months, in the following increments (Release Fee): Hours Worked 1000 or more 750 - 999 500 - 749 250 - 499 1 - 249 Fee Acijustment - Fee Waived - 75% Reduction 50% Reduction 25% Reduction Standard Fee Applies Support Staff Standard direct-hire placement fee for support staff is I % per $1,000 annual salary, up to a maximum of 15%.
