EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />TEMPORARARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br /> <br />THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN IS SITUATED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF <br />ORANGE, CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That portion of Lot 4 of Tract No. 3841, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, as shown on the map filed in Book 147, Pages 1 and 2 of <br />Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, being a strip of <br />land, 10.00 feet in width, the Easterly and Northeasterly lines of said strip being <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northerly terminus of that certain qourse in the Easterly line of said <br />Lot 4 shown as having a bearing and distance of "N 6°57'10'' E 165.91'" on said Tract <br />No. 3841; thence along said Easterly line, the following courses: South 8007'57.' West <br />165.91 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Easterly having a radius of 1042.00 feet, <br />and Southerly 1.06 feet along said curve through a central angle of 0°03'31" to the <br />Southeast comer of said LOt 4; thence leaving said EasterlY line North 89055'33.' West <br />2.65 feet along the Southerly line of said Lot 4 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence leaving said Southerly line North 6o38'36.'
