Agreement <br />1. SCOPE OF WORK: <br />Johnson Controls proposes to provide a "Basic° Coverage Planned Service Agreement for the <br />Metasys Facility Management System at the Santa Ana Police Administration and Housing <br />Facility as described below: <br />A. SPECIFIC INCLUSIONS: <br />1. Monthly Preventative MaintenancelScheduled Service Visits to. include: <br />• Operator Workstation general - preventative maintenance, i.e. data base backups, <br />system optimization, software and hardware diagnostics, etc. <br />• Check and verify integrity of network trunk (N1 LAN) communications <br />• Perform semi - annual load test on battery back -up of Network Control Modules <br />• Perform system diagnostics and verification of proper system operation <br />• Verify field devices are responding properly to controllers (DX,AHU,UNT) <br />• Maintenance and testing for proper operation of AHU duct smoke detectors that <br />are tied -Into Metasys. (approximately 40). <br />• Consultation labor, recommendation of upgrades, improvements, etc. <br />• Check and verify troubles and /or concerns identified by City of Santa Ana <br />personnel. <br />• See attached schedules for detailed tasks performed. <br />2. Scheduled Service Material: <br />+ Material and /or equipment required to execute the preventative maintenance is <br />included in this agreement. <br />3. Service Reports: <br />• Upon completion of each monthly visit, JCI shall provide Santa Ana Police <br />Administration and Housing Facility with a written report describing the work <br />performed, deficiencies found, and recommendation for repair. <br />HI S IT © 4. Consultation Service: <br />• Where applicable and beneficial, JCI will provide the Santa Ana Police <br />Administration and Housing Facility consultation and recommendations to ensure <br />an optimized Metasys Facility Management System. <br />5. 24 =hour, 7 -day a Week Emergency Service <br />• JCI will respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a billable <br />basis.
