1.2/21/2003 FRI 12.03 FAX 562 799 9443 JCI OPERATIONS CYPRESS 2010/013 <br />—METj° <br />Schedule 201 <br />Network Analysis Services <br />On a Scheduled Basis, as Indicated in <br />the Agreement: <br />Reset the Metasys Diagnostic Counters. <br />Allow data to tabulate in the diagnostic registers. <br />For each Operator Workstation and Network Control <br />Unit (NCU): <br />List N1 Diagnostic Statistics. <br />Analyze the number of Reconfiguration's for <br />impact on network performance. <br />Analyze the Error Rate for each N1 Network <br />Node. <br />Analyze the Transmission Rate for each N1 <br />Network Node. <br />Determine the N1 Network Performance Ratio. <br />For each NCU or Companion Trunk (N2 or L2 <br />Trunks): <br />List N2 and L2 Diagnostic Statistics. <br />Analyze the Error Rate for each Network Node. <br />Analyze the Transmission Fate for each <br />Network Node. <br />Determine the Network Performance Ratios. <br />Provide a report summarizing Network Analysis <br />results. <br />Additional Tasks and/or Special Instructions: <br />Form E9758 (Rev 10 /00) <br />As Required.: <br />Perform the Network Analysis tasks as appropriate <br />to verify or discount suspected communications or <br />Network throughput problems. <br />Perform the Network Analysis tasks as appropriate <br />to evaluate the impact on network performance of <br />various configuration options, as part of a proposed <br />system expansion or modification. <br />
